BEATRICE dress sewing pattern

Beatrice dress sewing pattern to make a fabulous V–neck, button down dress gathered onto a bodice with two patch pockets, fold back short grown on 'cap style' sleeves and a curved shirt style side detailing. Available in all sizes from 8-26. Also included are instructions for making a matching wired hairband from any leftover fabric and an alternative pocket 'hack' for making your dress with an inset pocket instead of a patch pocket.

The pattern includes free UK post and pack.

The pattern is printed on sturdy paper and comes with a fully illustrated booklet showing you how to make this easy garment. The skill level of this pattern is stated as 'Intermediates' due to the buttonholes, however you can make without if you prefer, as this dress can be popped over the head without undoing it. The buttons can be stitched directly on to the bodice overlap. 

Beatrice dress is loose fitting and comfortable to wear. The length can be adjusted. There is no bust darts, so choose a size according to your bust size.

Suitable for medium weight fabrics such as cotton, linen, linen mixes and needlecord. Also viscose mix fabrics would be suitable if not too lightweight. You will also require half a metre of fusible standard interfacing.
